The Operations Manager position is a key role within our organisation, providing a rewarding experience and opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced leisure management environment.
Primary objectives for the Operations Manager will be:
- To ensure exceptional health and safety standards and customer satisfaction within the Centre.
- To develop and promote an innovative leisure programme to increase Centre usage and profitability.
- To assume shift management responsibility to maximise Centre performance and maintain high standards of customer care.
- Will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, clients, and employees.
- Will be able to work effectively at different levels of the organisation, both listening and directing.
- Will be able to meet the demands of the role by working additional hours when required.
- Will demonstrate a clear commitment to customer requirements and good employee relations.
- Will be able to perform recreation assistant duties when required.
- A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is desirable but not essential, as we can provide funding for the course.
- Ideally, you will have a Pool Plant Operators qualification and a recognised Leisure Management qualification.
