We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Cathay Care Home. As a key member of our domestic services team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our care home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the domestic team to ensure seamless delivery of cleaning services
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective cleaning program
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices
