Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional to join our team at Collaborate Recruitment as a General Engineer. This exciting opportunity is with a Subcontract Engineering Company in Poole, offering a unique blend of technical and operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate various engineering disciplines, including welding, brazing, brake press, assembly, and driving.
  • Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in engineering and manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
