We are seeking an experienced People Advisor to join our team at Restore Datashred. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a crucial role in supporting our managers and colleagues by providing expert HR advice and guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Employee Relations cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Provide coaching and HR advice to managers on performance management, recruitment, and HR policies
  • Support absence management, including long-term sickness cases, with Occupational Health as needed
  • Deliver accurate people management information (MI) to support business decisions
  • Advise on organisational restructuring and redundancy processes
  • Collaborate with People Services to enhance colleague experience and manage cyclical activities
  • Undertake People projects and support cross-functional HR initiatives
About You
  • CIPD Level 5 Preferred
  • Experience in managing complex Employee Relations cases
