Order Fulfillment Specialist

At Acorn by Synergie Careers, we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Order Fulfillment Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders from start to finish.
About the RoleThis is a pivotal position that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You will be working closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders and maintaining up-to-date records of orders and customer information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders using internal systems and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Customer Liaison: Liaise with customers to confirm order details and resolve queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders and customer information.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A proven track record of working in sales order processing or a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, plus annual Christmas bonus, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their career in sales order processing.
