Job Overview:

As a Store Manager at JD Group, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion a store culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store sales, profitability, and customer loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the regional manager to implement company initiatives and drive business change.
  • Develop and implement local business plans to drive store growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail leadership experience, preferably in a similar format of retail.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Experience with inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the regional manager and other stakeholders.
