At Naylor's Equestrian Llp, we're seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive business growth. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a positive customer experience, managing store operations, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement store strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase products that meet customer needs and drive sales.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Manage store budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in a similar format of retail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
