Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team at JD Group. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing store team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the regional manager to develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure store teams have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Manage store budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive store culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar format of retail.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage store budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Passion for customer service and a proven record of delivering excellence in this area.
