Exciting Opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant

Pertemps Telford is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to join our Temp team and drive the success of the office and professional services desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Strengthen Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering bespoke staffing solutions.
    • Build rapport with candidates, ensuring they are supported at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Drive Business Growth
    • Leverage industry knowledge to develop new business opportunities, identify prospects, and secure new contracts.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets, expanding our client base while ensuring quality service to existing accounts.
  • Managing Large Contracts
    • Act as the main point of contact for large ongoing client contracts, ensuring all staffing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Proactively manage client relationships, anticipating their needs and delivering high-quality candidates to meet demand.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Management
    • Source, interview, and screen candidates, ensuring they meet client requirements.
    • Manage a pool of temporary candidates, ensuring they are fully prepared, briefed, and supported throughout their assignments.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous recruitment experience, ideally in a temp environment.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and business development targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, multitask, and deliver on tight deadlines.
