Are you a driven and ambitious individual looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a proven track record in recruitment sales and a passion for developing new business opportunities?

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Recruit4staff. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business and identifying sales opportunities in the specified sector.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive basic salary of £25-£30k DOE
  • An uncapped commission structure paying up to 13% commission on temp and perm placements
  • A Monday to Friday schedule with every 2nd Friday off

The Role:

  • Developing new business and identifying sales opportunities
  • Developing specific sector knowledge
  • New Business Development
  • Meeting with new clients to develop & expand business opportunities
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Converting & maximizing all revenue possibilities
  • Liaising with the resourcing team

What We're Looking For:

  • A highly motivated individual with a proven background in a specified sector (Engineering / Commercial / Industrial / Transport / Scientific) - ESSENTIAL
  • Minimum 3 years within Recruitment sales experience – ESSENTIAL
  • Valid Driving license - ESSENTIAL

Commutable from: Telford, Shrewsbury, Cannock, Market Drayton, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Stoke on Trent, Walsall, Stafford, Dudley.
