Pertemps Telford is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Temp team and take on a key role in driving the success of our office and professional services desk. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, leveraging your industry knowledge to develop new business opportunities, and meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering bespoke staffing solutions.
  • Drive business growth by leveraging your industry knowledge to develop new business opportunities and secure new contracts.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by expanding our client base while ensuring quality service to existing accounts.
  • Manage large contracts by acting as the main point of contact and ensuring all staffing needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • SOURCE, interview, and screen candidates to ensure they meet the client's requirements.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous recruitment experience, ideally in a temp environment.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales and business development targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, multitask, and deliver on tight deadlines.
