### Salary: $$120,000-$146,000/year (Band H w/ panel)

Job Description:

The **Physician Assistant** will provide direct care and education to patients in our ambulatory setting, ensuring continuity and quality of care. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of patient needs and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to co-manage primary care patients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, counseling, and teaching to the primary care population.
  • Order medications and write prescriptions according to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Consistently follow through on high-quality and timely documentation.
  • Perform procedures as agreed upon with the Medical Director.
  • Practice cost-effective medicine efficiently, maximizing available resources.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a graduate-level Physician Assistant program accredited by the Accreditation and Review Committee for Physician Assistants (ARC-PA).
  • Must be willing to work one evening weekly and occasional Saturdays to cover staffing needs.
  • Call as required by the Medical Director.
  • Ability to travel between sites as needed.
  • Bilingual/Bicultural preferred, fluency in English required.
  • Strong commitment to promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and reducing inequities.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly with people from diverse cultures.
