Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join our Real Estate Portfolio & Programme Management team (REPPM). This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge programmes and portfolios in the digital real estate sector, collaborating with clients, regulatory bodies, and other consultancies to drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of complex digital real estate programmes and portfolios, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, providing expert guidance on digital real estate matters
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, supporting the preparation and delivery of bids and proposals for digital real estate projects
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our portfolio and programme management products and services, sharing best practices and lessons learned in the digital real estate sector
  • Embrace and promote the use of digital tools and solutions to enhance portfolio and programme delivery and performance, such as data analytics, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of portfolio/programme management requirements and their application in digital real estate
  • Ability to work in relevant portfolio/programme management processes and systems, such as agile, waterfall, and hybrid
  • Awareness/experience of various methods of procurement and forms of contract for digital real estate projects
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex digital real estate concepts to diverse audiences
  • Professional membership desirable, such as RICS, PMI, or CIOB
