Job Title: Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead our Real Estate Portfolio & Programme Management team in delivering cutting-edge programmes and portfolios in the digital real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of complex digital real estate programmes and portfolios, ensuring client objectives are met
  • Develop effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive digital transformation goals
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the digital real estate market
  • Contribute to the development of portfolio and programme management products and services
  • Promote the use of digital tools to enhance portfolio and programme delivery

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of portfolio/programme management in digital real estate
  • Ability to work in relevant portfolio/programme management processes and systems
  • Awareness/experience of procurement methods and forms of contract for digital real estate projects
  • Good communication skills
  • Professional membership desirable (e.g., RICS, PMI, CIOB)
