Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Test Engineer to join our growing technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure efficient and effective testing of software products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Identify and report defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Contribute to the development of testing strategies and methodologies to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in software testing, with a focus on automation and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Our Process

We follow a streamlined interview process to ensure that we find the best candidate for the role. The process includes a chat with our recruiter and a 1-hour Teams call with two members of our team.

Security Clearance

This role requires a high-level security clearance, and you must be a UK Citizen with a minimum of 10 years' residency in the UK.

Travel Requirements

You will be required to travel to our customer sites in Gloucestershire and Manchester.

Salary

The salary for this role is £40-70k, depending on experience.
