OVERVIEW

This is a remarkable opportunity for a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer to take charge of the quality assurance operations within a thriving aerospace engineering firm.

Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the formulation of policies, procedures, and methodologies aimed at enhancing the quality of products, materials, components, and processes.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Guide and support a team of quality assurance engineers.
  • Design, implement, and uphold quality assurance systems and protocols.
  • Perform root cause analysis and execute corrective and preventive measures.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality standards.
  • Examine quality data and metrics to pinpoint areas needing enhancement.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives utilizing quality management techniques.
  • Engage with clients and regulatory bodies concerning quality matters, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Compile and deliver quality reports, metrics, and strategic recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
  • Proficient in quality management tools and methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
