As a Scrum Master for Digital Transformation, you will play a key role in supporting our digital transformation journey. Reporting to one of our chapter leads in the Change Agile Practice, you will support the adoption of Agile across the Digital organisation. You will work hands-on as a Scrum Master, guiding development teams in agile delivery, self-organisation and collaboration, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include ensuring that teams adhere to agile/scrum practices prescribed by the VM Digital Agile Practice, organizing and conducting scrum events, and coaching scrum team members in making appropriate commitments. You will also work hands-on with scrum and Kanban teams, supporting and guiding them in ways of working and agile deliveries.

We are looking for someone with deep knowledge of, and experience with, scrum and kanban, as well as other agile/lean methods and scaling models. Experience working in a scaled Agile environment is also a plus. Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro/Mural, Service Now is also required.
