About Eviden, an Atos Group business, and our Agile DevOps Scrum Master role:

We're seeking a skilled Agile DevOps Scrum Master to join our team at Eviden, a global leader in data-driven digital transformation. As a key member of our Agile Delivery team, you'll play a crucial role in driving our software development life cycle and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coaching and guiding the scrum team on Agile practices and principles
  • Supporting the Product Owner in developing a Product Roadmap and maintaining a prioritized Product Backlog
  • Managing the agreed sprint backlog, monitoring burndown, and maintaining velocity
  • Leading the cross-functional scrum team to influence and drive decisions

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Scrum of Scrums
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills
  • Strong planning and problem-solving abilities with product management and delivery teams
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with collaboration tools like Azure ADO, Jira, and Confluence
