Job Title: Agile DevOps Scrum Master

Wolverine Worldwide, Inc. is a global leader in the footwear, apparel, and accessories industry. We are seeking an experienced Agile DevOps Scrum Master to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Agile DevOps Scrum Master will be responsible for managing all aspects of the global ecommerce digital product development process. This includes coordinating simultaneous projects, partnering with all levels of the organization, and implementing Agile ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and participate in all aspects of global project and product management, including scope and requirements definition, solution evaluation, vendor selection, resource planning, and communication planning and execution.
  • Lead the Agile development process from ideation to launch, and be accountable on a per-project basis to Project Sponsors, Business Owners, or other Senior Leadership Team members.
  • Implement and manage Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives, to deliver projects consistently and efficiently.
  • Function as a strategic consultant on projects, perform contingency planning, and advise project stakeholders on observed risks, issues, or concerns.
  • Responsible for all aspects of progress tracking, including detailed project plans, scope management, risk/issue identification and resolution, project budget oversight, and status reporting.
  • Leverage proven Agile methods, processes, templates, and techniques to complete tasks.
  • Provide mentorship to corporate stakeholders on Agile project management methods and practices, and maintain basic Agile process templates for use by other members of the product teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or its foreign equivalent) in a Business discipline, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience; MBA a plus.
  • 2+ years' project management experience, including multi-disciplinary project leadership.
  • Certification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum (PSPO/PSU), and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) strongly desired.
  • Ability to lead others in formal and informal structures, including highly matrixed environments, and ability to lead up and while also operating as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all organizational levels both internally and externally.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
