About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Business Development Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart Group Ltd. as a Lettings Partner in Loughton.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze the operational and financial performance of your designated area, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase profitability.
  • Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to enhance the brand's reputation and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with peers to build strong relationships and networks, identifying opportunities for referrals and revenue growth.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with operational planning and financial control systems.
  • Contribute to the development of the Area strategy, working closely with the Lettings Director to drive profitable growth and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in the Residential Lettings industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
