Your key responsibilities as a Property Lettings Consultant:

  • Oversee the operational and financial performance of your designated area
  • Enhance profitability through strategic initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with legal and commercial standards
  • Engage in local marketing efforts
  • Work autonomously while upholding the brand's reputation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to cultivate networks and identify referral opportunities
  • Implement and maintain operational and financial control systems
  • Foster relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal teams
  • Assist the Lettings Director in formulating strategies for profitable growth

What you need to succeed as a Property Lettings Consultant:

  • Proven track record in the Residential Lettings sector
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reputation for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong desire to achieve financial success through hard work
  • Commitment to personal and professional development
  • Passion for the Spicerhaart brand and its values
  • In-depth knowledge of the local market
  • Experience as a Branch Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator, with the ability to build and leverage client relationships
  • Understanding of market trends and the ability to respond effectively
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and their implementation
  • Ability to provide valuable advice to landlords for optimal property management
  • Comfortable in front of a camera for promotional purposes
  • Skilled in essential activities such as canvassing, prospecting, and obtaining client testimonials
  • Capability to sustain long-term performance through client growth
