Project Support Specialist

We’re seeking a skilled Project Support Officer to join our internal project team and support us in delivering an exciting future-shaping project. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience of project work, administration, and client liaison.
As a Project Support Officer, you will work closely with the Project Manager to deliver against quality, cost, and time requirements. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, ensuring projects remain aligned with organisational strategies, and using project methodology to ensure effective delivery.

- Responsible for supporting the Project Manager in delivering project outcomes and benefits.
- Support the Project Manager to deliver against quality, cost, and time requirements.
- Provide administrative support, including outlining and collating agendas for project meetings, minute taking, and recording actions assigned to the Project Team.
- Support the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered consistently, effectively, on time, and within budget.
The successful candidate will have experience of change management, managing project teams, financial management of projects, and administrative duties. You will also have a basic understanding of legal and conveyancing processes and experience across a full project lifecycle.
