Asset Building Professional

We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our team in the New Forest area. As a full-time, permanent employee, you will be responsible for conducting building and structural surveys, site inspections, and project management tasks.
Job Overview- Conduct building and structural surveys
- Perform site inspections
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Complete dilapidations and party wall work
- Undertake residential and commercial surveying tasks
- Work independently across various sectors
- MRICS, AssocRICS or qualified by experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Degree or relevant qualification in building surveying
- Salary: £48,000 - £60,000 (Guide only - DOE)
- Holiday allowance: 21 days plus bank holidays and additional 3 days Christmas holiday
- Flexible working arrangements
- Pool company car for business purposes
- Company pension scheme
