Job Title: Support Engineer - Asset Management Specialist

Parico is seeking a skilled Support Engineer - Asset Management Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality asset management solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • ITIL process owner for asset management
  • Writing procedural documentation including plans, processes, and work instructions
  • Hardware and software configuration item control and management
  • Planning and performing audits
  • Asset tagging and onboarding
  • Producing asset reports

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and comfortable taking on new challenges
  • Proven track record for delivering large-scale IT projects, with direct responsibility for designing and implementing highly available and resilient Wintel solutions
  • Documentation experience, including creating high- and low-level technical design documentation
  • Configuring and administering backup and restore of Windows systems, along with patching
  • Exemplary customer skills and communications skills
  • Highly adaptable, calm, and professional
  • Hold a UK driving licence and have a willingness to travel to client sites
  • Highly organized to achieve deliverables on time

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Microsoft MCSE qualification or similar
