Housing Allocations Administrator

Adecco UK Limited is seeking a skilled Housing Allocations Administrator to join their Allocation & Mobility Team in Wandsworth. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of the Allocations Team, focusing on the Downsizing side of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments of downsizing housing applications and ensure accurate and prompt filing of supporting documents.
  • Maintain accurate records and efficiently manage files related to housing stock allocation.
  • Respond to inquiries from applicants, stakeholders, and colleagues through the team inbox and telephone.
  • Collaborate with external contractors as required to support the allocation process.
  • Assist in monitoring void properties within the team.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a housing or similar setting.
  • Proficiency in using various computer systems and databases.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
