Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant for Autism Support

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child with Autism at a mainstream Primary School in Kidlington. The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 3 qualification and experience working with challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to the child with Autism in a mainstream Primary School setting
* Work collaboratively with the teaching staff to develop and implement strategies to support the child's needs
* Maintain accurate records of the child's progress and development

Requirements:
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant field
* Experience working with children with Autism or similar needs
* Strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE's in Maths and English - C or above)
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
