SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a mainstream primary school in Banbury. The successful candidate will have experience working with Autism and SEMH, and possess skills in behaviour support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a child with ASD in a mainstream primary school setting
- Work collaboratively with the teaching staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Provide behaviour support and strategies to promote positive behaviour
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure consistency and continuity
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant field
- Experience working with Autism and SEMH
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE's in Maths and English - C or above)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
