Role Summary

Donard Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and organized Healthcare Professional Development Role to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for healthcare professionals to advance their careers in a hybrid working role.

About the Job

In this dynamic and challenging position, you will be responsible for managing caseloads from end-to-end, including delivering face-to-face and virtual assessments, telephone assessments, and providing written reports. You will work closely with claimants to ensure a personalized, inclusive, safe, and empathetic service.

Responsibilities

  • Caseload Management: Manage caseloads from end-to-end, including assessing claimants and writing reports
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with claimants, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Service Delivery: Deliver a high-quality, personalized, and inclusive service to claimants

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: £38,500 - £41,500 per annum, with potential for bonuses and overtime payments
  • Rising Retention Bonus: 5% increasing to 10% quality and retention bonus
  • Holidays: 25 days per annum, rising to 27 days with service
  • Training Options: 12 weeks full-time, 14 weeks four days per week, or 17 weeks three days per week
  • Hybrid Working Hours: Full-time or part-time options available
