We are currently seeking a Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Functional Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to utilise your skills and experience in a new and challenging role. As a Functional Assessor, you will work closely with claimants, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to gather information and make informed decisions.

Job Requirements
  • Be a registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Paramedic with a strong clinical background and experience in assessing patients.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with claimants and other healthcare professionals.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple cases simultaneously.

The salary for this position is £38,500 - £41,500 per annum, plus benefits including a basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500, a 5% retention bonus rising to 10% quality & retention bonus, OTE: £45,650, hybrid full-time and part-time working hours available, training options: 12 weeks' (full time), 14 weeks (4 days per week), & 17 weeks (3 days per week), 25 days holidays per annum rising to 27 days with service, company laptop and mobile phone provided, access to health and wellbeing programme and Headspace mobile app, annual charity day, employee network groups, company matched pension, life assurance, 15 weeks' paid maternity leave, and cycle-to-work scheme.
