We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support our Vehicle Logistics Manager and Sales team. The successful candidate will be the central point of contact for our Dealer Network and RSMs in queries relating to vehicle delivery, registration, and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Vehicle Logistics Manager with admin duties such as submitting shipping damage claims, vehicle customs clearance, and clearing down SMMT disputes.
  • Daily liaison with logistics suppliers to ensure processing of vehicles/vehicle delivery in a timely manner.
  • Document and review Vehicle Logistics processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist other O&J internal departments with information requests relating to vehicle logistics and registration.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Finished Vehicle Logistics.
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent training in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or similar.
  • Literacy in computer and software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI).
