Job Title: Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Lifeplus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Power Automate workflows to automate repetitive tasks and integrate various systems.
  • Build and customize Power Apps to meet business requirements and improve user experience.
  • Utilize JavaScript to enhance the functionality and customization of Power Platform solutions.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services like SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365.
  • Work with APIs and data connectors to integrate third-party applications and services into Power Platform solutions.
  • Deploy and configure Power Apps and Power Automate solutions in production environments.
  • Monitor and maintain existing automation solutions to ensure their ongoing performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes to minimize downtime and improve solution efficiency.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring smooth operation of the automated processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Strong experience with JavaScript, including experience with libraries and frameworks relevant to Power Platform development.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365) and third-party applications.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing Power Automate flows (cloud and desktop).
  • Expertise in building Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps) with customizations using JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization (optional).
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and data integration techniques.
  • Understanding of data security, governance, and compliance within the Power Platform ecosystem.

Hours and Days:
  • 37.5 hours per week between 09:00 and 17:15 Monday to Friday
Salary:

£46,000 - £51,000

  • Lifeplus House, Little End Road, St Neots, PE19 8JH
  • Hybrid Working – 2 days per week in the office (Tuesday & Thursday) with flexibility dependent on business needs
