DX is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Protection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue growth team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers are paying the correct revenue for the products being sent through our network.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough investigations to identify and resolve revenue discrepancies, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and compliance with customer contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with our sales team to educate customers on their duty of care to our workers, promoting a culture of compliance and revenue growth.
- Partner with our depot management team to implement processes and procedures that drive revenue growth and compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase revenue through the implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to our warehouse teams to ensure they are equipped to identify and resolve revenue discrepancies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our revenue recognition processes are aligned with industry standards.
