About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Child Law Legal Assistant to provide administrative support to our Legal Counsel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our online database, proofreading contracts and documents, and assisting with audits and legal inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our online database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Proofread and edit contracts and documents to ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Assist with audits and legal inquiries, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity in the Legal Counsel's office.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a legal or administrative setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with Legal Counsel and other stakeholders.
