About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Child Law Legal Specialist to join our team at Fqps. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal support to our business divisions, including Marketing, Commercial, Corporate, and Litigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contractual Document Support

You will assist in preparing, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contractual documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Commercial and Delivery Team Support

You will provide support to our Commercial and Delivery teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Legal Research and Advice

You will conduct thorough legal research, provide expert advice, and maintain knowledge resources for the Legal team and wider business.

Lower-Value Litigation Support

You will assist with lower-value litigation, arbitration, and court processes, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Process Improvement

You will identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Risk Mitigation and Awareness

You will facilitate and support risk mitigation and awareness initiatives across the business, ensuring a proactive approach to risk management.

Requirements
  • Review and Analysis Skills

You will have the ability to review legal documents for accuracy and compliance, ensuring high-quality output.

Organizational Skills

You will possess excellent organizational skills, working effectively across multiple teams and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

Effective Communication

You will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and concise communication with stakeholders.

Agility and Adaptability

You will be able to work in a fast-paced and agile environment, adapting to changing priorities and work streams.
