Join Our Team as a Goalkeeping Scouting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Goalkeeping Scouting Manager to join our team at Brighton and Hove Albion FC. As a key member of our scouting department, you will play a vital role in identifying and recruiting top goalkeeping talent for our first-team and youth academy.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires extensive travel in the UK and occasionally in Europe. You will work closely with our Scouting and Intelligence Manager to identify, recommend, and monitor potential goalkeeping recruitment targets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting U14-U21 goalkeepers and assisting in the recruitment of first-team goalkeepers
  • Generating detailed player reports and contributing to the club's player auditing processes
  • Developing and maintaining strong contact networks within the football industry
