About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Goalkeeping Scouting Manager to join our team at Brighton & Hove Albion FC. As a key member of our scouting department, you will play a vital role in identifying and recruiting top goalkeeping talent for our club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment of U1- U21 goalkeepers, working closely with the Scouting and Intelligence Manager to identify and recommend potential targets.
  • Assist in the recruitment of first-team goalkeepers, utilizing your expertise to cultivate productive relationships with coaches, players, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong contact networks, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
  • Generate detailed player reports, providing actionable insights to inform recruitment decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in goalkeeping scouting and recruitment, with a deep understanding of the football industry and its regulations.
  • Exceptional people management skills, with the ability to cultivate productive relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate detailed player reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to travel extensively in the UK and Europe, with a flexible approach to working hours and schedules.
