Goalkeeping Scouting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Goalkeeping Scouting Manager to join our team at Brighton and Hove Albion FC. As a key member of our scouting department, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing exceptional goalkeeping talent.

About the Role:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify top goalkeeping talent
  • Develop and maintain relationships with goalkeeping coaches, scouts, and other industry professionals
  • Collaborate with our coaching staff to develop and implement goalkeeping strategies
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on goalkeeping matters

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in goalkeeping scouting or recruitment
  • Excellent knowledge of goalkeeping techniques and strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
