We are seeking an experienced Contact Centre Team Leader to join our team at Glu Recruit LTD. As a Contact Centre Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure that they provide exceptional service to our customers.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customer declarations are completed on time and in full to allow goods to move.
  • Operations: Oversee the daily tasks and ensure that they are completed to the required standard.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work and provide feedback to the team to ensure that they are high performers in every aspect.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the team is aware of and complies with current legislation and customs procedures.
  • Staffing: Ensure that there is sufficient staffing for each shift and promptly raise any potential issues and resolutions with the Management Team.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with external customers, key stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Logistics and Customs Knowledge: Strong knowledge of logistics and customs procedures with the ability to make decisions quickly and confidently based on company policies and practices.
  • Technical Skills: Strong PC skills including Office 365 packages.
