About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and guest-focused Wellbeing Assistant to join our incredible Wellbeing team at Pan Pacific London. As a Wellbeing Assistant, you will be responsible for creating exceptional experiences for our guests. Your tasks will include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist them throughout their time on the wellbeing floor
  • Provide information about available services, treatments, and facilities
  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide recommendations based on their preferences and needs
  • Assist therapists in preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are clean and well-maintained
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the spa, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and locker rooms
