About the Role

We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our international team in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for nurses to transition from a clinical environment to an office-based role while leveraging their nursing expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage medical cases and provide routine case management
  • Review healthcare policies and issue authorizations
  • Provide medical advice and recommendations to patients and clients worldwide
  • Liaise with international medical professionals to obtain medical assessments
  • Review medical reports and referrals
  • Provide case direction and medical due diligence to patients on the TRICARE program
  • Contribute to operational issues related to medical case management
About You
  • Registered General Nurse with current UK NMC registration
  • Previous experience in clinical case management and telephone triage desirable
  • Experience in primary care, general medical, or surgical areas
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • Good IT skills
