Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Medical Education to join our team at NHS Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality postgraduate medical education and training across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement education and training programs for medical professionals
  • Work closely with the Director of Medical Education to develop and implement the department's strategic plan
  • Collaborate with other departments and organizations to ensure seamless delivery of education and training
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the medical education team
  • Ensure compliance with GMC and other regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in medical education and training
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Knowledge of GMC and other regulatory requirements
