As a Design Director at Orion Group, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the design process for our civil engineering projects. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all design deliverables meet our project requirements and industry standards. You will be the key liaison between the company, subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders, driving collaboration and communication to deliver high-quality, innovative, and compliant design solutions on time and within budget. Your leadership will be crucial in managing design risks, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring the seamless integration of all design elements to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact between the company and other design teams, including subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
* Oversee the development and delivery of design packages, ensuring compliance with project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
* Ensure all 3rd parties involved in the development of design aspects are providing project information on time.

Requirements:
* A degree or qualification in Architectural design, civil or structural engineering.
* Additional training in BIM, AutoCad or similar software.
* Strong team building and management skills.
