Project Controls Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our Natural Resources & New Energies team, you will be responsible for leading cross-discipline teams of project controls professionals to deliver effective, consistent, and value-added project controls services to our clients across diverse and complex programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-discipline teams of project controls professionals to deliver project controls services.
- Drive continuous improvement in project controls processes to create efficiency and increase benefits to our clients.
- Define and implement project controls approaches across the project, programme, and portfolio levels.
- Develop and implement effective governance and assurance processes around project controls products.
- Work with clients to develop relevant breakdown structures and support scope definitions.
- Define scaled, tailored, and integrated approaches for project controls and document these.
- Manage the change control process and ensure scope, cost, risk, and schedule integration and alignment.
- Train and coach clients and less experienced team members on performance and reporting management processes and practices.
- Assure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of the Project Controls team's output.
Requirements:
- Experience in the application of several Project Controls disciplines (Planning, Cost Estimation, Cost Management, Risk Management, or Reporting) in multiple projects.
- Practical experience of integrating Project Controls disciplines and assessing the maturity of a team and ways of working.
- Experience in managing stakeholders and using Project Controls software (Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys, etc.).
