Project Manager - Contract Engineering Team

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Contract Engineering Team in Nottingham and Norwich. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading medium to large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining project margins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review job specifications and design solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Oversee project build and testing, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Liaise with customers throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with technical and commercial teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • Electronics engineering qualification (minimum HNC level) and relevant experience in project management.
  • Commercial knowledge and ability to review contract terms.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work within cost limitations to ensure project profitability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in electronics design and testing.
  • Experience in PAVA/PAGA, Fire Suppression, and Production Systems.
  • Experience with audio electronics equipment.
