Academy Business Manager

Are you a skilled people manager with a passion for driving performance? We're seeking a Business Manager to lead and motivate a team of employment advisers at Reed in Partnership.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of employment advisers to support caseloads of jobseekers into employment.
- Implement strategies to upskill local community members and overcome barriers to employment.
- Manage performance, identify skills gaps, mentor, and coach staff.
- Adhere to key performance indicators and manage profit and loss reports.
- A generous base salary (pro-rata for part-time) and flexible working schedule.

Requirements:
