Academy Business Manager

Are you a skilled people manager with a passion for driving performance? We're seeking a Business Manager to lead and motivate a team of employment advisers in supporting jobseekers into employment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of employment advisers to achieve key performance indicators
- Implement strategies to upskill local community members and overcome barriers to employment
- Manage profit and loss reports and monthly financial forecasting
- A generous base salary (pro-rata for part-time) and flexible working schedule

Requirements:- Experience in people management, including training, coaching, performance management, and recruitment
