Academy Business Manager

Are you a skilled people manager with a passion for driving performance? We're seeking a Business Manager to lead and motivate a team of employment advisers in supporting jobseekers into employment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of employment advisers to achieve performance targets
- Implement strategies to upskill local community members and overcome barriers to employment
- Manage performance, identify skills gaps, and provide coaching and mentoring to staff
- Adhere to key performance indicators and manage profit and loss reports
- A generous base salary (pro-rata for part-time) and flexible working schedule
- Training, development, and progression opportunities
- 25 days annual leave (pro-rata for part-time) plus statutory bank holidays
