Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Innovator to join our dynamic team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer providing fresh and innovative food services to independent schools and colleges.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for assisting in creating exceptional meals that inspire and delight students and staff. You will deliver outstanding hospitality services for special events and work closely with our team to maintain a positive and fun atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing menus that showcase modern and fresh cuisine concepts.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new menu ideas and culinary concepts.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.


Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality establishment is essential.
  • A Level 2 Food Safety qualification (or higher) is required.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
