Description: As a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Band 5, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our nursing team. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate care delivery according to changing health care needs.

  • Main Duties:
  • To perform comprehensive assessments of patient nursing needs, plan, implement, and evaluate care delivery according to changing health care needs.
  • To take responsibility for the care needs of individual allocated patients.
  • To recognise, prioritise, and respond appropriately to urgent and emergency situations.
  • To provide advice, education, support, and information to family members/carers as required and involve them in the planning and delivery of care.

Person Specification: We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC PIN, who has experience in nursing in the UK. You should have good written English skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £32,780 - £43,041 per annum (Band 5)
