We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Children's Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care in home settings. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with patients, their families, and support networks.

About the Job:

  1. Provide personalized support and specialist treatment to patients in their homes.
  2. Administer IV therapies, venepuncture, and sub-cut injections as per patient care plans.
  3. Conduct holistic clinical assessments and develop tailored care plans.

Key Requirements:

A valid UK NMC registration and full UK driving licence are required for this role. Estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
